Hot Chicken Salad Bake

Ingredients

2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp. sliced almonds

2/3 cup of celery

2 tsp. olive oil

Spices:

¼ tsp onion powder ¼ tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Directions

Sauté celery in olive oil, and set aside. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, almonds, and spices. Stir in chicken and celery, and place in an 8x8 pan. Cover with shredded cheese and cook at 350F for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and browning on top.


Pairs well with:

Roasted green beans

Potatoes (red or sweet)

Lima beans

Cheddar biscuits
