Ingredients
4 salmon filets
4 Tbsp orange marmalade
2 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400F
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, and sprinkle on salt. Use a basting brush to make sure it’s spread evenly on the top and bottom of salmon.
Spread orange marmalade over the top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until internal temp is 145F.
Notes
I hardly ever measure olive oil. Just drizzle enough to coat your filets.
